Delete your data

Popup Hub lets you remove personal information yourself in several places, or submit a request to our privacy team to delete specific data while keeping your account — or to delete your entire account if you cannot use the in-app flow.

Remove data yourself (no request needed)

These in-app controls delete or clear data immediately without closing your account:

• Profile photoRemove your avatar from Profile. Vendors fall back to their passport logo.
• Vendor passport mediaEdit or clear logos, product photos, bio text, and shop links in your passport.
• Passport storiesDelete individual short videos from your vendor passport.
• Market alerts & locationTurn off nearby market alerts and clear saved home location preferences.
• Push notificationsDisable push alerts in your device or browser settings, or sign out on that device.
• Delete entire accountPermanently delete your account and associated personal data in-app.

Request deletion from our privacy team

Use the form below to ask us to delete specific personal information while keeping your account active, or to request full account deletion if you need help (for example, when in-app deletion is blocked). We respond within 30 days at the email address you provide. You can also email privacy@popuphub.app directly.

What we may retain

Some records must be kept where required by law — for example, anonymized audit logs, completed payment records, or tax obligations — even after a deletion request is approved. See our Privacy Policy for details.
